Creating reports

The report editor is used for generating invoices, quotations, flyers, product data sheets or entire catalogues. Individual elements can be easily positioned and formatted.

Position your elements with 'Drag and Drop' and add the finishing touches by adjusting frames and choosing background colours. It is equally easy to integrate tables, images or other PDFs into the report. (e.g. your logo on an invoice, or a picture for a data sheet).

The output is either as PDF, XML or in Open Document format.

 

Reports such as invoices, quotations, orders or delivery notes are automatically created in PDF format and can be stored in the LIMBAS-DMS. Reports generated from records can be linked together. Reports can also be created in Open Document or XML formats.
